Awesome stay with friendly staff Additional perks for hotel guests 1.Daily afternoon tea (3pm to 5pm) - free flow alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with some light snacks 2.Daily night lounge access (8pm to 11pm) - free flow alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with some light snacks 3. Additional fruits cotton candy making experience and marshmallow grilling experience in the outdoors (with free flow cold drinks and draft beer) There is free parking throughout your stay, something you won't get if you stay in the central area. Would love to return for a stay when I'm back in Fukuoka!

Big room with nice view. All staff are so nice, they prepare the birthday snack and some craft paper in the room for my little daughter. For the lounge, kid is not allowed to enter after 9pm. 9pm-11pm for adult only. For the first day when we arrived hotel for check in was about 9:30pm, my little daughter was upset coz she noted that she could not walk around in the lounge. The staff noticed about that, he got some donuts and candies from the lounge and gave it to my kid, we felt so warm and so much appreciated how they care the feeling of the guests.

An excellent harbour view resort in Japan worth of what we paid, staffs were very helpful and friendly, even though it is not stylish but it's really my cup of tea in staying at this comfy Japanese resort. We stayed here for 2 nights with enjoyable moments and shopping experience cos' shopping outlets is just at next door. Breakfast was our another talking point, we very appreciate the in-room breakfast service, of course the taste & varieties were so so good in both Japanese & western styles. Thank you for the staffs, Thanks Marinoa Resort!

Breakfast (choice between Western and Japanese style) was served to one's room at one's time of choice, which I found quite convenient. The hotel is situated next to a shopping and outlet mall with restaurants and a food court, and there are direct bus connections to Tenjin and Hakata.

I like the veranda, the sea view and the sunrise super 😍 beautiful everything inside the room is very good the bathtub, the bed is very comfortable.. the staff is very kind.. most of all I request a birthday plate cake to my husband it was so good 😊…the breakfast is delicious, takibi lounge is superb we enjoyed specially my husband.
